Shouldn't this at least give the ability to grab people and yank them next to you? Why would you only allow for people at max range be pulled 10ft from the user? Like, iirc the weapon this class uses can't be reach unless there's some feat for that. Not much benefit for a melee class.

I'm pointing out the obvious issue with the veto he DID do. Because, as I said, if there's an issue with some companies using too much water there's no reason you shouldn't monitor other water hungry industries. The only reason to spare one is to allow them to vacuum up water unchecked.
