Good morning and have a great Monday!
You know my name, it's Richard Porterhouse, why are you pretending you don't know?
I don't have a Linkedin account, why would I?

This is starting to border on harrassment. If you don't want to volunter or donate, then may I suggest you get on with the rest of your life. I've read your posts and you do this sort of thing on a regular basis to others.
I've given the reasons for this site (at great length) And if that isn't for you, then I'm sorry. We are an early stage bootstrap startup, of course it all seems amateurish, it's a learning curve for us. At least we are trying.
Have you even read and listened to any of the posts? Seems you just jumping in. So not only do I need to fight off the scammers, I now have trolls to deal with! Please take a look at the posts before you judge me. I admit I'm an amateur at online marketing but at least I'm doing SOMETHING.
There's nothing 'in it' for me, I just want to help make a difference for the millions of unhappy wokers out there. I might not be very good at some of the things I need to be good at but that's where the volunteers come in. They have strengths I don't have.
I'm just the man who is willing to fund and build something I truly beleive in. It will be others who will take it far beyond where I can. If it fails then It was a waste of my time and money. I'm sorry you are so cynical but I work 15+ hours every day, 7 days a week trying to make this happen.
It is the volunteers who will build this. I know the website isn't very good, I'm not a web designer. If you look at our posts, you will see that we are looking for web designers, leadership trainers, mentors etc. The truth is, at the moment I cannot afford to pay for all those services.
I have no real experience in teaching leadership skills personally, I never made it past middle management. That is why we are continually looking for volunteers who DO have the skills and experience to take this mission forward. In the meantime I am still funding the project because I beleive in it
3 months ago, I took early retirement to dedicate my time and money on something that I beleive will make the workplace a happier place for the millions of people who hate going to work because of toxic/ineffective/ under-trained managers.
I have funded this project myself, for the benefit of others
I'm of the older generation but AI the way the world is going. I'm having to learn from scratch! At least if we can't change the world, I have learnt some new skills along the way.
