For the people coming out, they are seeing the brutality of ICE first hand, which will influence at least some to support less whimsical tactics. I just think we really need anti-ICE, pro-immigrant solidarity.

I support "all of the above": I really think both types of protests have merit, especially at this stage. It is much better to have people out protesting ICE in whatever way they are comfortable rather than having people stay home screaming about "both sides".

This is hella dumb: we could fit millions more people with infill for Eugene, Salem, Portland, Vancouver, Tacoma, and Seattle alone. It doesn't even sound like they considered the price tag of building entirely new infrastructure vs improving existing infrastructure.
