Another thing to mention don't let anyone tell you how long it "should" take to get through trauma. I went through a series of consecutive traumas in 2022 and things kind of fed into each other leading to more traumas. And I'm still working through everything, making sense of it etc. take your time.
I don’t know who needs to hear this but
You don’t need to “have it worse” to be valid in the abuse/trauma you went through
Just because somebody else “had it worse”, doesn’t take away from what you went through
It’s fine, really, what you went through DID happen and it IS trauma and abuse
