Progressing is hard, especially when you hit a plateau. It can be depressing and discouraging, and I won't tell you that you need to push through. It can be too much.
But please, don't be so hard on yourself.
Your efforts are not a waste of time. Struggling isn't something you should feel bad about.

Personally, my last resort is to force myself to not move at all, even if I'm not in a comfortabel position. It's pretty hard, but if I manage to do it, I usually fall asleep pretty quickly

My own definition :

OC : characyer you drew that isn't representing you (even if it could be self insert)

Sona : Depiction of you, with some kind of big flourish (as in "You in a different kind of world")

"you" : Depiction of you without big flourish (pretty much just a self portrait)
