Two individuals are shown in this comic. One of them is an indistinct human male with caucasian skin tones, and the other is a humanoid woman whom appears to be made of formed rainclouds.
The woman sports a midriff cut tanktop and booty shorts. She has fluffy hair, fluffy wrist bands and 2 floating mini clouds near her head.
The woman is also prominently curvacious. Sporting a very fluffy and puffy body.
The woman informs the male whom is standing naked in the shower, soaking wet, that he should not grab a towel. She proceeds to offer to dry off the male's body for him using her cloudy "skin."
She proceeds to wipe away all the water that was on the male's body.
The male comments on this as he is now fully dry. He looks over to the cloud woman to ask how she was able to accomplish this feat.
The cloud woman scratches her head, blushing, as she looks down at her chest. Her breasts seem to have visibly increased in size and mass.
The cloudy gal comments on the excess water, before hesitating to finish her sentence. As the water is now seemingly stored in her breasts, they stretch and become squished between the tensions of her clothing, mildly spilling out in whatever space they can occupy.
It would appear the cloud girl is affected by water, as she is made of water vapor herself, and the water causes her breasts (and also buttocks) to swell in size.
