Okay, some progress in Norway with funding #OpenAcess. Per Pippin Aspaas talking, #Munin2025. He knows a lot also abt how Norwegian unis have implemented #RRS, and he told that #UiT 's library director Joanne Raade has been a driving force in that process. Thanks to her! (We r learning form u.)
