Since it remains on the Order Paper, the bill will continue to appear until it is officially introduced through the First Reading — the formal start of its legislative journey.
The bill, which has been reintroduced by ten Members of Parliament from both the governing NDC and the opposition NPP, was programmed on the Order Paper for today’s sitting. However, the First Reading did not take place before adjournment.
