Go all the way around the building of the Royal Exchange... I noticed the hanging Christmas wreaths under each shop sign. It's simple and classy!

The City of London's most picturesque building, the Leadenhall Market Christmas lights have been turned on. The festive season has begun, with the Market's 18ft real Christmas tree taking centre stage beneath the stunning star-covered Victorian roof.

This unchanged Christmas tree standing on Waterloo Place every year is my favourite.

Tudor Revival architecture, built in 1924, The Liberty London building was constructed using timbers from two decommissioned British naval ships, the HMS Hindustan and HMS Impregnable. So, the view of the 'Ship within the Ships' is wonderful. The Liberty elves, dropping off gifts.

Once you step into the garden, you will be surprised by countless lanterns and so many wee kids. This is London's largest pumpkin lantern event 'Dalston Pumpkin Lantern Festival'.

Barber, one of the market stalls, is pretty good. 👍🏻 It's not all about eating (& shopping).

I definitely stay in Edinburgh the last week in every April and November, not day return. This is the reason in April. The Meadows, Edinburgh today.

#EasterSunday I went for a walk in the nearby woods. Sandy Heath is the precipitous woodland, scattered with giant trees, that runs from Spaniards Road down to the Hampstead Heath Extension. This is the ridge of Bagshot Sands which runs east to west across the heath.

Sorry but I'm short. 🧍🏻‍♀️💦
Time check: 1.15pm in London (sundials show Greenwich Mean Time so we have to add 1 hour during British Summer). 🌥️ I waited for the sun to come out for a while.

Some neighbours have the Chocolate Vine hedges which I love so much. The Chocolate Vine gets its moniker from the rich purplish-brown blooms and a highly fragrant like chocolate. I have seen the white Chocolate Vine in Edinburgh before. But I can't remember where I saw it.

Judas Tree has fully bloomed beautifully this year too. It's named after Judas because he hanged himself from it after betraying Jesus.

One of the best 5 London 'architecture + tree' is the white magnolia in front of Kenwood House. A lot of magnolia blossoms have fallen but it is still beautiful. Don't you feel the aesthetics that ended gracefully?

Another famous site of 'architecture + tree' is the Chester Road Gate with Cherry Blossoms in Regents Park. This photo composition is called "Sequins and Cherry Blossom".
The Grade II Listed building, Chester Road Gate is commonly nicknamed #Sequins.
