So grateful for what John Grisham said of Injustice Town:
“Yet another maddening, frustrating, overwhelming,
outrageous, and unbelievable story of corrupt justice in
America. This one, though, is handled by Rick Tulsky, a
dogged investigator, journalist, lawyer, advocate, and
gifted writer.”
One year ago today, Det. Roger Golubski was to face a jury of his peers. Two months from now, Injustice Town will tell that whole story.

How could a federal judge conclude that she could not believe anything Border Patrol officials said under oath about their use of force against Chicago residents? Easy, when you compare their testimony against what their body images show....

"The elevation of Pazdur [a month ago], who was previously the director of the cancer center, was intended to stabilize an agency plagued by turmoil and conflict." So much for that goal.

Half empty or half full? Today's report from Heather Cox Richardson is so bleak, at least for me, in detailing the US abandoning values of truth and justice for money and more money. But the last paragraph offers hope. Republicans willing to hold hearings?? open.substack.com/pub/heatherc...

Making Honduras Great Again.
Assuming every boat Trump and Hegseth blew up contained the amount of drugs they claim, Hernandez was responsible for bringing more drugs into the US than every one of them had combined. By far. And yet, Trump murders 80+ people and counting while pardoning the narco kingpin.

This is a post that made me pause and think.
This is the first Thanksgiving for Sophie & Colin Hortman without their parents, Minnesota state Rep. Melissa Hortman and Mark Hortman who were assassinated along with the family dog in an act of political murder. National guards troops were not deployed to the state in response.

The vouchers were awarded to Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk immediately after they struck privately negotiated agreements with the Trump administration ..Although most critical details were limited, one critical component of the agreement that was announced was that TrumpRx would offer the drugs.
The Trump administration is turning drug review into make-a-deal
“FDA decision-making may be reduced to a sequence of ‘make-a-deals’ with Trump, his FDA, or even political allies,” experts warn.

That is precisely what Senator Mark Kelly told officers to do. #NoSedition
