Started my Monday with a little self-indulgence and my #HIV medication.

Don’t let this picture fool you. I’m taking my #HIV medication, like any other day, but it’s not any other day. I spent most of the morning listening to @wbez.org, Chicago’s #NPR station, reporting on the occupation of my city by federal agents and the National Guard.
Sunday brunch with my friend Charlie, Sunday #HIV medication!

Fruity yogurt parfait has become an occasional treat to go with my #HIV medication.
After a 7a. Zoom webinar (it was mostly out of Europe), I was ready to get to the office. I added some fresh squeezed lemon and honey to the water that I had with my #HIV medication.
