“Beauty loves beast” that’s what Guillermo del Toro’s adaptation of Frankenstein really is about. It’s the shape of water but in a gothic setting. And the monster is really really ridiculously good looking. I hate it. Give me the elephant man, a grotesque creature, not Gerard Butler in a mask 😒
