I have to admit, I think I might be clutching at straws
I’m hoping there is a random clause in the holiday trade where if the coach gets arrested by the FBI he can go back to Boston and get paid by Portland 🤪
What is happening, Rozier and now this. Got to be some wide scale investigation going on
Portland Trail Blazers coach Chauncey Billups has been arrested by the FBI for alleged illegal gambling, sources tell ESPN.
Game 1 of Derrick White setting a record for him in points, assists, rebounds complete!
Derrick allowed 18 points on 7/15 shooting. He had 6 deflections, 9 shot contests, 1 steal, 1 block, and 2 offensive fouls drawn. He was a minus 3. Next up road trip to New York to play the Knicks.
Both fair points!
Not actually walk away then…more lose games so they get sacked and get a payout. If we could have afforded a payout that is 😂
I thought Marcus bent when he was focused and had Tommy Gravesen creativity behind him was a good asset for us. Once we bought Beattie, Bent role changed along with losing Gravesen and then Bent’s motivation faded he was poor!
Yeah definitely at the end if he’d managed a few more wins he’d have got the season. I was nervous about changing in case it went wrong but it was the right time and appointment for us out trouble in a month
I don’t think people realise a lot of the time that footballers actually read comments and it can get to them. People just say stuff with no thought of what impact it may have or not worried about come back. This highlights things get through to them, not just JB but people like Barry will see stuff
I love a hardcore show. Just more of a fear around broken noses and stuff compared to metal shows 😂
I think a managers persona certainly helps give them more leeway when things aren’t good. Someone like Lampard very open about what he thought about the club, the fans etc and even at the end there was never bad will or anger towards him just acceptance it needed to be changed
Well apart from that 😂
He could have done more to win over fans verbally and how he acted but thats not his style. Either way I think we were so close to peril and most managers would have walked and left us further in a hole with the finances and points deductions. That’s what will stick with me longer than his demeanour
All understandable points. Although the fighting part there was nearly a fight at city on Saturday with a few our fans until security stopped it over whether Beto deserves support or grief. Fights in the fa cup semi 2016 over if they should boo or support. Not a new thing and won’t be the last!
I think like allardyce there would never have been an intention to adapt to have a chance long term for sure. And had we not been in the state we were dyche wouldn’t have been considered. Why he think he did a job that was needed and we’ve all moved on
I feel that people are harsh on him, don’t need to laud him or look back fondly on the period full stop but I don’t think we should ridicule him like I see a lot of. My view is should just be thankful we didn’t go down, he did a good job in that respect in tough circumstances and we can all move on
The style of play was not good. I was of the mindset I dont really care what it is given how bad a position we were, more important to find a way to survive the years than see expansive play & go down. Pragmatic managers stay up more, Parker won as many PL home games as Kompany in 15 less games
I know he can come across all about himself and arrogant at times but the way he speaks is far outweighed by what he delivered in helping stop us dropping into the abyss multiple times in my eyes
Im in the minority, I dont get why our fans have such ill feeling towards him. Not saying he was long term but people talk like he failed. Had the worst finances ever, points deductions, buy now pay in 5 years players only. Club in decline for years & managed to keep us up multiple times & stabilise
Nottingham Forest have confirmed the appointment of Sean Dyche as their new head coach.

His first game in charge will be at home against Porto on Thursday in the Europa League.

I think it was the metal style looking Halloween esque make up with a double ended lightsaber, won me over quickly
Loved him when I saw this film as a kid! Didn’t want him to die. Could have at least taken jar jar binks with him
So good to have them back after 5 years even with an EP. Hopefully a full album coming soon
I was intrigued to see what it would be like because I’ve always loved Biohazard and a big part of my growing up in metal. Plus foresaken sounded really good live in March. But I didn’t expect it to be that good an album! Great listen
Spurs started with Kudus Tel Simons Odobert. Brought on Richarlison, Kolo Muani & Johnson with Solanke injured. They have loads of good attacking options, won’t be near winning the league nor guaranteed to finish top 5. A reminder of how far we have to go from where we’ve been and where we are now
I agree this shouldn’t be handball. But you know there could be one in the league next weekend where that gets given. They’ve made it so complicated with the rule and how it’s interpreted differently so often that you’ve no idea what will or won’t be given
