I don’t particularly like ranking, but here’s how I rank the Knives Out films so far:

1. Wake Up Dead Man.
2. Knives Out.
3. Glass Onion.

And I still love Glass Onion, even with it in the third spot.

These films are just wonderful.

If you are able to, see Wake Up Dead Man in cinema, it’s a stunning looking film and the big screen is the best place for it.

And it’s got the same humour, quirky characters, and editing and mystery as the other two films.

Love it!

Hell yeah.

It's always a good day when there's a new Knives Out movie to watch.

Headed to the big smoke to catch it on the big screen!

An ‘Australia mentioned!’ moment in a Doctor Who audio adventure from Big Finish.

A month ago I posted that I was having a fun time playing Star Wars Outlaws.

This guy couldn’t handle a world with a different opinions and ranted on how terrible Disney is and how their take on Star Wars isn’t his cup of tea, and tagged a random collection of users.

He’s still at it.

Get a life.

This really needs emphasizing. The entirety of the UK media ecosystem is utterly fixated on a 100% fabricated "crisis".
Net migration has fallen again to 204,000, the lowest level since 2021 and is forecast to continue falling over the coming years.

Not that you would know it from the endless coverage of Britain's supposed "immigration crisis"

For me #StarWars The Acolyte was a bit messy and a bit hit and miss. But the cast was excellent, it looked great, and I definitely think it should have got at least a second season to steady itself.

Then, once steadied, it could have been a total hit and got even more.

Fuck Putin and fuck Trump.

And honestly, fuck other world leaders for not saying it so plainly.

I love that the only remotely creative part of AI prompts is too hard so they want a "make thing I want" button
I cannot stop laughing. This is so indicative of what's wrong with these AI people and how they view art
He ran into a wall where the "make art" button wasn't satisfying because it wasn't actually making good enough art, and instead of trying new things he just requests a stronger button

Thomas Newman is going to be the composer for Star Wars: Starfighter.

Shawn Levi directing, Ryan Gosling starring, and Newman scoring is enough to get me interested.

Let me save you from asking a Native this:

Yes, some Natives celebrate Thanksgiving. Which is cool. It was our holiday first.

Also, some Natives don’t. Which is also cool.

But what isn’t cool, is if you only think of Natives once a year.

Glad Labor finally realised they can’t spend weeks mocking the Coalition for dropping Net Zero, signalling their denial of climate change, then work with them to pass environmental reforms.

More Labor and Greens collaboration in the future please - it literally what the biggest voting cohorts want.

Tony Dalton would make a spectacular Master on #DoctorWho.

My annual Hawkeye rewatch begins.

I just love this show.

It’s just so feel good!

The festive season is here.

Fuck it, the Christmas movies/TV specials start now.

After the pilot (Children of the Gods), which is an excellent sequel to the original film, the first few episodes of this season are ROUGH 😂

Still love the show, but it definitely had growing pains in the start.
Yep, I’m gonna do it: it’s rewatch time!

Give me some of that delightful over-the-top, mid-90s, not-at-all subtle in its allegories, TV budget, campy sci-fi, delivered with charm and wonderful characters.

With the added cheat code of music cues from David Arnold’s spectacular score for the film.
