Dreams are so weird dude. I had one a few days ago where two really unnervingly vicious-looking stray cats were prowling towards me, and then the eyes on one of them started bloating out of its head in a really messed up way until they were bigger than its entire body.

Figuring out the tech to make this easy to use and modify on the fly took a little time, but it's actually really fun now that I understand it. It's also very usable for other cool stuff in the future.

A little update on Morgott's sacred armaments weapon, and one that I think showcases well why I made it a Throwing Blade instead of something else. The daggers are the main weapon here, and I wanted to make them unique: so they only appear when swung or readied to be thrown, like Morgott's.

The Skill is a unique Stance that can also be used with the weapon in your left hand. Like DS3's Aquamarine Dagger, you can tap L2 while running, rolling, backstepping, or right after a right-handed attack to transition right into a combo attack from your stance skill.

This will work like Reduvia will, meaning all of its R1 attacks are melee attacks, all of its R2 attacks are dagger throws. If equipped in the left hand, all of its L1 attacks throw daggers.

Always kind of found it a shame that Morgott's offhand holy weapons weren't usable. Coincidentally, I found the Throwing Blade class pretty underused.... and his offhand weapon is technically a Throwing Blade. I'm going to make it a full-fledged weapon usable alongside any mainhand melee weapon.

Out of curiosity; what are some more obscure non-meta weapons (bows/shields too) in Elden Ring (DLC included) that you wish had just a little something extra? New special attacks, a different skill, a unique effect. RT if you like- I'm collecting some ideas to pool together for potential changes.

Safe to say even that first stage won't release before 2026. At the very soonest, it might release before the midway point of 2026, and even that is highly unlikely. It will release though, because I *want* people to play with this stuff.

I have larger ambitions for where I want the mod to go, but those aren't feasible yet. I also know I've been showing off stuff for a long time, so I want to release the mod's first stage for people to play with (that'll be all the weapon tweaks and maybe some new stuff) before I go bigger.

Good question; the idea is for Blades of the Roundtable to start as a full overhaul of the game's weapon roster (shields and bows included), and after that, add new content to the game on top of the reworked existing gear as well

Getting back into the swing of things and toying with some mix-ups. Duchess' R1 attacks have a nice viciously swift feel to them that suits Fire Knights well; to go with it, their shortswords now have a modified R2 that amplifies the weapon's fire damage (good for fire affinity!).
