Waiting for graphics cards prices to finally stabilize and they never do. I hate it, so I've never gotten around to just building a PC in these past years. I'm not looking to make one now now, but I would like to in the near future.

I just saw this and while I'm sure you have the JP version of the game and not the Asia version, I think it should still work. Since a lot of Asia DLC works with JP and vice versa. So you can give it a try to have it work on your EU version by making a JP account just to DL it.
