Donald Trump said he’ll “be involved in” deciding if Netflix can buy Warner Bros.

Is that an open invite for CEOs to curry favor with Trump in exchange for merger approvals?

It should be an independent decision by the Department of Justice based on the law and facts.
Q: Should Netflix be allowed to buy Warner Brothers?

TRUMP: That's a question. They have a very big market share. I'll be involved in that decision

When global temperatures shot up by ~6°C about 56 million years ago, plants were unable to thrive

The reduced ability of vegetation & soils to capture & store carbon may have kept temperatures elevated for >100,000 years

Today Earth is warming ~10 times faster than it did 56 million years ago
56 million years ago, the Earth suddenly heated up – and many plants stopped working properly
It could be a sign of what’s to come.

I like Mark Kelly but not as president. He’d make a good VP for AOC.
Kelly: He runs around on stage talking about lethality and the warrior ethos.. That’s not the message that should be coming from the Secretary of Defense… He runs around on a stage like he’s a 12 year old playing army. It’s embarrassing.

Fentanyl. Drug Overdoses, including Fentanyl, are not even in the top 20 causes of death in the USA. Cancer, Diabetes, Covid, Heart Disease all in the top 10, and all have had their research funding cut. They aren't murdering just Venezuelans. However they are killing us much slower.

Absolutely. I don't understand why the media (or Democrats for that matter) are not pointing out the obvious fact that Trump's pointless deployment is what put her and other National Guard troops in harm's way.
It is tragic that this person was put in a position where she lost her life for no reason other than to serve the vanity of a man determined to establish dominance over a city that hates him

It is scandalous, and a sign of legacy media's cowardice, that they continue to report that Biden let the DC shooter into the country, while burying the fact that he received asylum from Trump in 2025 and failing to blame Trump for making National Guard troops sitting ducks in the nation's capital.
