This was a lot of fun! It was great to find an extra segment of the show yesterday! For a moment I thought @brianstack153.bsky.social was just going to moan and grunt for the entire Questionert! Happy Halloween!
@altmadison.bsky.social shared on SiriusXM’s Lithium that Brandi Carlile told Howard Stern on his show that Carlile will be singing “Black Hole Sun” for #Soundgarden at the #RockHall induction ceremony. #RockHall2025
Mike McCready is rehearsing with Soundgarden ahead of their #RockHall induction & En Vogue is said to be part of #RockHall2025! #Soundgarden #MikeMcCready #EnVogue #Musicsky
I wish I had known about the 5CD/DVD version when it came out and was less expensive.
I’m glad they’re getting along well enough to do the show. As you mentioned, may more touring come from it! #CaliforniaStars
I had seen it both ways & would love to attend, but it’s happening to far away. I was also sure I saw that you had written about it earlier but didn’t find anywhere until posted after I had looked!
Oh! & based on Billy Bragg’s post, it looks like the show will happen specifically on the 26th.
There is a Mermaid Avenue CD set. Wishing I could see the show! Hoping it ends up on YouTube!
Thank you, @bobmehr.bsky.social for this great article about Carol Kaye’s life & career! As a #RockHall follower who was one of many who pushed for her induction, this article is something I can share with my daughters about her musical legacy! #CarolKaye #RockHall2025 #MusicSky #Bass
My latest for The New York Times, on the legendary session musician Carol Kaye. The outspoken 90-year-old is being inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame this fall. With thoughts on Kaye's career from Paul McCartney, Kathy Valentine & more. Gift link here: www.nytimes.com/2025/09/24/a...
Tedeschi Trucks Band played as part of the Grateful Dead tribute at last year’s Kennedy Center Honors & it would not have been a stretch for them to have been in the Bonnie Raitt tribute too! When I checked to confirm which it was since it’s sadly gone from Paramount+, here’s a recent listing:

THANK YOU, @lorimajewski.bsky.social! Just what I needed! & didn’t that phenomenal documentary take me back to my memories of seeing Lilith Fair during its inaugural run! Thanks for being a part of making a better world for my daughters & me as well! Hope you have a great weekend with your family!
Tedeschi Trucks Band will likely be part of the Joe Cocker tribute!!! Their latest album is a live recording of their Mad Dogs and Englishmen tribute tour. There is a documentary that has licensing issues or it would be on home video. So glad to hear that they will be there!
Sarah McLachlan was the musical guest on his first show back. She still attended the premiere of Building a Mystery. No one performed at it. It’s a great documentary & Better Broken is a fun album!
& @altmadison.bsky.social played Screaming Trees’ “Nearly Lost You” too! Thank you! Would love to hear “DollarBill sometime! #ScreamingTrees #Lithium #SiriusXM #MusicSky
