Juniper takes the helm in this gin. A ridiculous amount is used - firstly the juniper is steeped for 16 hours in high abv spirit, more juniper is added to the boiler prior to the start of the distillation run along with 9 other botanicals, and then the still’s vapour basket is packed with as much juniper as it will hol

Once it's gone, it's gone! Bottles of our original Retribution Gin are now extremely limited, and we'll be slightly tweaking the next batch for a very exciting reason: we'll be managing the entire production process from grain to glass.

This three-year-old whisky sits at 53% ABV and its flavour is heavily influenced by the Oloroso hogshead it matured in, bringing a nuttiness and fruitiness to our smooth and creamy new make.

Both are filled with our new make spirit at 60% ABV. The new make was produced from Maris Otter distilling malt and mashed, fermented and double pot-distilled in direct-fired copper pot stills at our distillery in Somerset.

Now that our distillery has expanded to produce rum, whisky and vodka, we're not just capable of doing this but passionate about taking the leap, creating a new base gin will retain similar flavours to the original but will be shaped by the place and people that made it.
