It is almost as if ICE is illegally detaining US citizens to provoke outrage and overshadow the bigger problem of detaining and deporting people without their constitutionally guaranteed due process rights. We need to revive that discussion!

As we approach Christmas, I can envision the nice MAGA Christians gathering together in their churches to sing hymns about peace on earth and good will to men. While they are comfortable in their pews, families are being torn apart by the regime they support. #christians #merryfuckingchristmas

Yes, Trump's recent and past presidential pardons are horrific. But why are we not talking about pardon power in general. The ability for a president or governor to unilaterally grant pardons is a legacy of royalty and should be amended in federal and state constitutions. It will only get worse.

The tragic shooting of the innocent national guard troops horribly illustrates what Hegseth and the administration wanted. When Hegseth said "move out and draw fire" in his Quantico speech, this is what he was calling for to justify further escalation.
