In this week's budget, there were some positive steps for women, but more still needs to be done. For example, single mothers fleeing perpetrators of domestic abuse will still feel the pressure of the benefit cap and face poverty, or be driven back to the perpetrator.
What will the budget mean for women?

Our Interim Deputy Director, Erin Mansell, joined Anita Rani on Woman's Hour this morning to discuss child poverty, cost of living crisis and the increase of the national living wage.

This International Men's Day we want to remind men that you are not alone and that you can talk it over with us.

For men, asking for help can be hard. If you’re experiencing domestic abuse, it can be even harder and there can be pressure to act strong and know what to do.

To end domestic abuse we must address the root cause – the person causing harm.

Stopping perpetrators, holding them to account and giving them the chance to change, can protect victims.
