Really impressive! Should not have expected any less from Amsterdam. Definitely worth a replay.
👏 A fantastic attendance at this morning's live endoscopy sessions - which marked the 10th anniversary of the first real-time live endoscopy session at the #ERSCongress.

The sessions offered real-time insight into some of respiratory medicine’s most important clinical procedures.

Brilliant. Totally agree. The dummy wins the game, but the dummy does not register. Output > Parts. Team > Individual. Another great piece by @barneyronay.bsky.social www.theguardian.com/football/202...

I’ve just discovered copy/paste formula using an absolute denominator reference! Using $. Eg. A1/$B$21. This has to rank up there with holding space bar on your phone to enable you to go back on your text, without deleting everything before it. I know! #techgems

Oropouche! Bless you! I see that this virus now seen in UK. Another arbovirus ('ARthropod-BOrne'), like Dengue, with usual symptoms of fever, headache, myalgia, arthralgia. From travellers to C&S America. More Chikungunya also (India) in UK, mostly London. Supportive treatments usually. #arbovirus

President Donald Trump issued an expansive executive order yesterday that would upend the process that the US government has used for decades to award research grants.

Trump order gives political appointees vast powers over research grants
Researchers are alarmed that the move might upend a long-standing tradition of peer-review for grants.

Interesting and important read. I like the idea of ‘cluster hiring’, recruiting more than one person at any one time to improve start-up and impact. #onehealth #oneworld

Agree we can and should be more clever in training specialist professionals across the board. Perhaps levels of responsibility that increase in steps, conditional on annual reviews, allowing a broadening of skills and permissions according to competencies and interest. Patient care and safety core.
Extend medicines responsibilities for allied health professions - paramedics, physiotherapists, operating department practitioners and diagnostic radiographers.
