It's so hard to meet new people - both romantic and non-romantically. I always thought that if I made it this far, I'd be married by now. I still think I'll find The One, but it's taking more time than I thought it would. Idk, I'm probably thinking too hard about it.

So, after discovering I need monthly b12 injections for the rest of my life (and thusly beginning that routine) I have since realized how fucking irrational a lot of my thoughts have been. Does this fix anything? No. Do I feel better anyway? Yes. Except for the needle part. Blegh.

Every day, the little owl tells me his frozen my skills. Every day, I get that gross feeling in my gut that I am failing. Every day, I curse duolingo for its cavalier use of AI in place of real human beings who know the intricacies of language. If I wanted poor translations, I'd use google.

Every day feels a little more like a dystopian video game. Like the US is either going to become a re-skin of n-ko, or a remaster of n@zi Germany. Either way the player loses.

I desperately want to leave but there are so many problems with trying to get out. I'm on SSI and medicaid and ebt. I'm trans which is divisive all over the world. I cannot work and I take 13 pills a day, that I cannot go without. Some of us are trapped here.
