We’re the team that keeps the con experience smooth and enjoyable. From the bustling Dealers Den to the Fursuit Lounge, panels and shows to our very own Con shop. We have several volunteer spots open and you can rotate between teams across the weekend. Help in Dealers Den today, support Events tomorrow and cover the Fursuit Lounge the day after. We’ll match shifts to your energy and interests. If this department suits you, then we have four areas of interests that could use your assistance. Dealers Den • Assist with setup, opening and closing procedures. • Help dealers with questions, table setup and keeping aisles safe and clear. • You will be the point of contact for attendees and assist them where possible. SAFETY - We are looking for volunteers! Heya, we are the safety team, we are one of the largest teams of Reffurence! But what exactly does safety do? Normally you will not see us a lot at the convention, unless you need us! We are split in 4 teams Security 🚧 Certainly, while we need to make sure Reffurence’s code of conduct is followed we do a lot more! We look out for dangers to our attendees and their fursuits. We answer confused outsider’s questions about “what the heck is going on in this hotel with all those weird mascots?”, and we keep them out of our event spaces via badge checks. And most of all we are here to help our attendees! Lost an item? Looking for convention staff? Got a complaint? We are here to listen and help.
