For the love of God, why would you have to pay to watch Olympic hockey? Why would NBC even show the game only to have the game cut in the middle of the first period to show some other Olympic sport.I was looking forward to watching Olympic hockey. I don’t think that’s going to happen. Smh

“lifeless” is very fitting here i kept thinking “Soulless” It felt like either ’I get to sleep in’ and I don’t wanna get hurt or if the Olympics are starting soon and I don’t wanna hurt. However I could be dead wrong.

Another somewhat lifeless showing by Detroit, for the most part. Offense did pick up the chances & control as the game progressed (esp. in the 3rd), & credit to Vejmelka who was near perfect.
Off until the 26th - looks like they *need* the break.

It’s not lost on me that for whatever reason the Detroit Red Wings like to get blown out by the Colorado Avalanche even when Steve was the captain, they still got their asses kicked some nights by the Colorado Avalanche but if I know the Red Wings well they’re gonna bring it tonight.

That’s the Marco Kasper that we’ve been missing even if he didn’t touch the score sheet. He was doing all of the little things that he did last year. As someone once said during the preseason last year, Marco was making something happen on every shift.

Who knew a cheesey Disney movie about a bunch of Misfits and video game (NHL94) with a guy with a Funny name Yzer-Man, and a fast skater C.91 would have such an impact in a kid From Baltimore? I had no clue how good they were just loved the team. Since ‘94 ❤️

I cannot overreact to everything, somethings happen because they do. there’s a difference between being proactive and being reactive.. so sometimes overreaction can drive a negative reaction. I will let things happen naturally. Good things happen bad things happen. Stay focused on the goal.
