If you're taking to the streets to protest today, know your rights.

"KNOW YOUR PROTEST RIGHTS
You don’t need a permit to protest in response to breaking news and you don’t need a permit to march in the streets or along sidewalks, as long as you’re not obstructing traffic or access to buildings.
When you are lawfully present in any public space, you have the right to photograph anything in plain view, including federal buildings and the police.
If you believe your rights have been violated, when you can, write down everything you remember, get contact information for witnesses, and take photographs of any injuries.
If you get stopped by the police, ask if you’re free to go. If they say yes, calmly walk away.
If you get arrested, you have a right to ask why. Otherwise, say you wish to remain silent and ask for a lawyer immediately. Don’t sign, say or agree to anything without a lawyer present.
If you get stopped by a member of the military or any law enforcement office at a protest, you have the right to remain silent or to tell them that you’ll only answer questions in the presence of an attorney — no matter your citizenship or immigration status."

The text blurb reads “Oscar, Ella, and Jude all met when they were assigned to go on a 25 year long expedition to another planet in hopes that the alien life there would have resources to help create a cure for a virus spreading on earth. This was a plan put together by multiple world leaders and each hostested their own expeditions to different planets for a better chance at finding something. The three were in their early 20's at the time.
The US expedition (the one they're apart of) was going to the furthest planet earth has made contact with. The trip there would take 10 years, they were to stay on the planet and obtain information for 5 years, and the trip back would take another 10 years.
Due to some complications that voyage only lasted 14 years and 2 months.
Oscar, Ella, and Jude breached some contractual agreements forcing them to return to earth asap. They went against their higher ups wishes and took alien spacecraft back to earth for a faster journey”

Because I just stumbled on an illustration someone posted with no identifying marks and also ENORMOUS enough for someone to probably print it at a decent size: don’t. Mark your shit, make it small and crunchy. There’s no amount of detail you wanna get across that means giving away your files.
