yup. She left a hearing for a meeting that was canceled. Conveniently right before they were slated to start asking questions related to FEMA.
BREAKING NEWS: Final FEMA Review Council meeting CANCELED minutes before it was set to start after DHS Secretary Kristi Noem was asked to RESIGN from her position 4 times. Committee states she abondoned her duty by walking out of the hearing. @rebelfema.altgov.info @roguefema.altgov.info

Well there you have it folks, and this is just one program. Almost $1B in grants being held up due to the ridiculous requirement of Kristi Noem to review anything over $100k.

🚨🚨🚨I’ve talked before about how our records are NOT the most up to date and should NOT be used in this way. It WILL result in citizens being denied their constitutional right to vote. You can submit public comments until 12/12 and I urge you to please do so!! Spread the word!! #AltCitizen alert🚨🚨🚨
In May, the Trump Admin secretly--and probably illegally--began using SSA data to verify voters' citizenship.

One big problem: Social Security data don’t have complete or up-to-date citizenship info, so this could disenfranchise U.S. citizens ahead of the midterms.

Today OMBpublished the presidents management agenda. It’s not pretty. I haven’t read all of it but there are so many parts that should give Americans pause. Read the whole thing here,

Good morning folks. The FEMA review council is meeting soon to vote on the final council report. Will it be their actual 160 page report that recommended strengthening FEMA or the revised report of 20 pages by Crispy Gnome that recommended slashing it by 50%!

While my bedtime reading might have resulted in a series of nightmares many days in a row, it's well worth the time.

I wish the book didn't sound so eerily familiar. Some of that sounded very much like what's happening today.
I highly recommend this book.

It’s about a seemingly unimportant museum curator named Rose Vallund who infiltrated Nazi leadership to save so.many.pieces of art. Art described as degenerate art by Hitler. Art we all enjoy today.

So much this. Im running on spite. Pure spite. I give 100% to my states and Team. I give little else to the agency.

I’ve never experienced anything like what we are experiencing. there is no way to explain it, and it feels like we are screaming into the void.
How many think they’ll make it another 3 years?

After the 43-day shutdown, morale is shattered. Feds report chaos, crushing backlogs, pay delays, tech failures, resentment between teams, and a surge in people retiring or quitting. Nearly half say they’re reconsidering federal service entirely.
