Considering my family history, I opted to start just to be sure. Unfortunately, we were quickly sure that I had breast cancer. On the plus side, I was surrounded by all kinds of support.

Tonight I cast off a knitting project I’ve been working on for two months. It feels like it took FOREVER because I’m still not fully back to my pre-cancer-diagnosis/treatment energy, but it’s also a win because I’ve been feeling better enough to actually knit. (Pics after it’s blocked.)
