As a mom of two young kids, I know firsthand how expensive it is to raise a family in New Jersey. The annual cost to raise one kid in New Jersey is over $35,000 a year, forcing parents into impossible choices, and the costs are only going up. Families don’t need excuses from Washington.

Tom Kean Jr. voted with Republicans to shield Trump’s tariffs from accountability. Tariffs raise prices for all of us, and he tried to block Congress from even challenging them. All while your family foots the bill.

I’m deeply honored to earn the support of the NJFMBA. As a former Navy helicopter pilot, I put my life on the line to serve this country – that’s exactly what our firefighters and first responders do every single day to make sure families across New Jersey are safe and out of harm’s way.

As a mom, I know how brutal child care costs are here in NJ-07. I paid over $3,500 a month when my two girls were in full-time day care. This is a crisis in our district.
