From a 1967 documentary "Easy Come, Easy Go" filmed in Australia & the UK featuring The Easybeats. "Loch Lomond" was one of the first songs we learned on the recorder when I went to school in Cambridge, UK when I was 9. it's a traditional Highland folk ballad. 🙂 #MusicSky

(1967) Unreleased garage acetate from Dallas, TX. An anti war ballad, it was written and released in 1962 by Canadian singerr Bonnie Dobson. It was covered by many, but you can clearly hear the influence of Jerry Garcia here. The Dead began playing it in 1966. #MusicSky
