When a government starts targeting former intelligence officials, law enforcement leaders, and anyone who once investigated or criticized those in power, it’s not just a red flag, it’s a page straight from the authoritarian playbook.

IRS just cleared churches to endorse candidates without losing tax-exempt status, blowing up 70 years of precedent.

Faith now becomes a direct political weapon, officially sanctioned.

Expect supercharged election sermons and a new flood of dark money cloaked as “faith.” This changes everything.

I agree with Ted Cruz that now isn’t the time to politicize any deaths.

I just wish Ted Cruz would agree with Ted Cruz the next time something happens in a blue state and he decides to be a partisan fuckwit.

“What I saw in the park today looked like a city under siege, under armed occupation,” said Mayor Karen Bass.

Mayor Bass: This morning, it was frightening in Los Angeles to see tanks essentially rolling into MacArthur Park.

It was an egregious show of force. I have no idea what their purpose was. I don’t even think they detained anyone.

Los Angeles was peaceful before June 5. We need to go back to that.
