I don't remember Ava ever claiming that Rachel hurt her arm. I took it as Ava felt disrespected by literally getting manipulated and lectured to. Ava was still bitter after recently finding out her F2 tried to get her nominated by Keanu.

Rachel and Will do not like Morgan. Rachel nominated her and advised Keanu to do the same. Will could not deal with Morgan's mood swings and left the room when she acted up.

Keanu making it to F2 despite being a target the whole game is the only argument he needs.

My point is that Rachel and Will were never really dedicated to The Judges. Ashley is positioning herself to turn on it. Morgan is the only one who cares about it.
