My husbands pissed. I skipped out on a birthday for his niece where they are 2 hrs away. I just needed my weekend. The gatherings are awkward and I just exist there. I didn’t want to give up my entire weekend for that. I’ve been working out and eating right. I felt like it would detour my progress.

4 weeks with no drinks and working out most days of the week. I downloaded a sober app to track and its actually helped keep me on track. The twice daily notification reminds me that I don’t want to drink and I like how it keeps track on days without drinking.
