to me the more important thing of this whole story is that Adam Driver clearly didn't come away from the experience hating it, was totally willing to do more, even with an idea he was a part of... and for some reason, I just love that (don't know why, but I just really do!)

Gotta keep it 💯 but an Adam Driver, Ben Solo movie post ep9 would have been boss.

The like 10 min he spent on screen as Ben was electric in a way that begs to be explored.

Who is a Ben Solo unburdebed by the literal decades of brainwashing from the dark side? How does he find who he really is?

Makes sense he would be involved.

I may have my issues with where he seems to be taking the Force stuff (not a fan of Mortis gods)...BUT there needs to be a single vision for the NJO and that seems like his job.

Just don't let him script alone.

Zahn trilogy will always be ep7-9 for me.

They were formative to bringing me back to SW years after rotj.

IMHO we are so lucky to have them written before the PT went and...defined and changed...things about the Jedi, Sith, etc.

I appreciated the technique when it allowed indie film makers to tell their stories in a cheaper manner, but 25 years later the tech is so much better and cheaper, doing Found Footage feels more like a way to get away with being sloppy.

Script feels ad hoc. Cameras are stationary and grainy. Etc.
