SNAP recipients are either bad because they're buying prime rib and caviar, or they're bad because they're buying pop tarts and soda. The other side can't decide which it is, though.
No, actually, they'd just shrug and say they still want you to have access to health care and education.

They might tell you to fuck off, but that would be the worst of it.
"at the transgender coffee shop"
No, Google. When looking up Italian Christmas dessert recipes I don’t want the Pioneer Woman.

I want an old wrinkled Nonna who sits on phone books when she drives and carries a rosary everywhere.
A room full of people who didn’t read the book.
THIS MOTHERFUCKER HELD A GREAT GATSBY PARTY WHILE 43 MILLION PEOPLE GO HUNGRY AND HEALTHCARE COSTS KEEP RISING.
I grew up Catholic and he sounds like no Catholic I know. Although there are definitely different flavors. My family’s the liberal guitar mass hippie type of Catholic.
Hail to the victors, baby!
Has anyone actually looked at that photo of the moon landing? There’s a freakin rod holding the top of the flag. That’s not wind. Geez Louise.
I love this man and his dog!
Oh, he’s not tone deaf, he’s tone aware. It just that he’s trolling us now and having a good time getting under our skin.
Yep. And not just any prince, but his brother.

Such youthful joy on their faces!
My hometown newspaper closing is not the obituary my newspaper dork's heart wanted to read today. RIP, Dearborn Press & Guide.
In case I run for office I should disclose that I used to call a lady grandma that I wasn’t related to because she was my grandmother’s bff and acted like I was one of her own.

But the real scandal is that I hated my mom’s stepdad and stopped calling him grandpa and just called him Earl.
The difference between popular and unpopular economic policies seems totally arbitrary. Like they just drew them out of a hat.
Yes.

Redemption is not the product of winning a senate seat.

Redemption would be removing the racist tats, and working for racial justice. Once you’ve put in the effort, then consider running for office.
Yes, and as a person who “runs hot “ thanks to cancer induced menopause, I don’t love wearing hug heavy sweaters that turn me into a puddle in 5 minutes.
Worked at a bookstore over Christmas rush. Older couple places large stack of children’s books for me to ring up. Get to chatting, they mention these are gifts for their grands, tell me “but don’t worry, the ballet book is not for the boy.”

Me, stone faced, “yes, women hate a man who can dance.”
Indeed. It was very well done. The emotions (or lack thereof) of the various participants told the story.

Just watching the reaction of Ajike's kids' dad when he learned she was dead & watching him tell the children was devastating. And he handled that situation with such grace and love for them.
