If I'm right and the problem was the saline solution that everyone (including my piercer) was telling me to use, I'll be so relieved and pissed at the same time.
They're currently doing much better with me using nothing but water to clean them, no pain, and the bumps are going down.

Getting three piercings back in April was a mistake, I should've spaced them out over a longer period of time.
