Someone was in my window seat on the plane. Dick but whatever. Took the middle seat between the two occupied seats. Took me five minutes to realise that I was squeezed in-between a couple that obviously couldn't handle sitting beside each other 😅

I think we lose a lot from streaming with the instant play of the next episode whilst the end credits are still rolling.
The use of Think Twice by Céline Dion at the end of ep 1 of Dead Ringers was inspired but I got to hear all of 20 seconds before the next episode began.

Saw Days of Heaven in the cinema yesterday. Great film etc etc. The real marvel was the guy on the front row who seemed to actually cook his lunch and then eat it. Some very savoury smelling noodles. He deserved a standing ovation imho.

Really glad Yorgos Lanthimos keeps getting more popular, for selfish reasons. Years ago a couple brought up that they were watching Michael Haneke films. I recommended Dogtooth with a disclaimer. Bumped into them at a gig with their friends. "Ohhh this is the guy who recommended THAT film..." 😬😬😬
