I normally try and keep politics pretty clear from my social media just because I'm tired of dealing with stupid people.

The older I get the more stress and depression there is. Money, work/life balance,fomo,"feelings".

The one thing that I try to remember is that I'm not alone and I don't need to suffer in silence.
