In the upper righthand corner of Naoko's cover illustration for the February '92 issue of Nakayoshi (the debut of Sailor Moon), she wrote, "The Sailor V Usagi." This means as of November 18, 1991 (when the picture is dated), she apparently was still calling her Sailor V, not Sailor Moon!
