These are some ~1h practice studies I did to try and get a bit better at painting. Also did these by eyeballing the colors (didn't use the eyedropper tool) which was a fun challenge!

The process for this one was actually to make 2 separate explosions and use them as building blocks to make something larger, which kind of shows in the symmetry of it all but I'm actually quite happy with the way it ended up looking!
