Today was a good day for a birthday. A friend of mine at school got me a shirt with our college mascot on it and got me a card Another friend got me a new phone holder thing for my car..and another friend donated to my paypal. 💜

It's crazy how we as young females were made prepared for our cycles and then eventually for menopause and the symptoms and effects that can have, but nobody ever prepared me for perimenopause. I always assumed it was you have your period for a certain amount of years and then, bam it's over. Nope.
