Just watched Found Footage 3D. Given the title and what I'd heard, I thought I would get something closer to Sharknado than to Hell House LLC. But I got a decent found footage horror film, and I loved it. Surprised I hadn't heard of it until this year. If you're at all interested, I recommend it.

I'm feeling pretty calm and relaxed today. I'm actually looking forward to doing a deep clean of the condo before bringing in Shabbat. Honestly, not a bad way to spend Black Friday. I hope you get to feel like this before we return to the grind on Monday. #ShabbatShalom, everybody.

My favorite part of #StrangerThings season 5 was when Jared Leto showed up, shouted, "It's Morbin' Time," and Morbed all over those Demogorgons! Just kidding, it's the end of episode 4. So damn cool!

So, I finished the first batch of episodes for #StrangerThings season 5. And while the 12-year-old playing a 7-year-old is distracting, I enjoyed it. Lots of high-stakes action, great character development, and some awesome surprises, too. I'm looking forward to the next batch at Christmas.

Ooh. My instinctive response is to say when agency is removed permanently, then it's no longer human. Maybe a zombie? But what of agency remains but body is gone, like a ghost 👻? Is a ghost of a human a human? I think yes, but it made me ponder.

Ooh. My instinctive response is to say when agency is removed permanently, then it's no longer human. Maybe a zombie? But what of agency remains but body is gone, like a ghost 👻? Is a ghost of a human a human? I think yes, but it made me ponder.

If it were to come up in my writing, I’d definitely write about the Singularity, be it as something that some want, or some see as inevitable & the natural resistance there’d be to it.
