The more I think about "trickle down economics" I can't stop thinking that what they desired was to give billionaires all the water, and then have them piss on us to redistribute the water.

A public build for the depravity quest A3 is feasible. The update originally had a limited equipment system where loot would lamely auto-equip. It was going to be random encounters only till I dropped those limitations. However, it does mean more sprites on my end, such as the front dungeon sprites.
