I've lost calls. I've had my system phone ringing while I'm on a call already and I can't get back. My system has eaten 2 orders. I've had to call advanced customer service because her exchange hasn't processed. I missed my break bc with calls constantly coming

Calls were a disaster. I think they were fake, even though trainers assured us they wouldn't be. But they sounded fake and it looked like everybody had problematic calls. We're only trained for taking orders, payments, and checking order status so all of us having advanced issues on our first go

I got my desk chair put together, and it feels monstrous. I got a "big and tall" chair because I am fat, after all, (and I'm always paranoid I'll break it) but I am not tall. It's hard to even sit all the way back because the seat is massive. And I don't know if it's bc I have hardwood floors or if

Woke up stupid early (almost an hour before my alarm), so I've used the extra time to start a load of laundry, break down a couple of boxes that need to go in the trash, and tidy up the house some. At least this way I can just kick back and watch a bit of tv or listen to my audiobook pretty much

Before I went to shower, I tidied up a bit. I dropped something that rolled behind the couch on my way to the kitchen. I leaned down to pick it up and caught the top of my head on the corner of the shelf behind the couch. 🤦🏻♀️ Pain, blood, a cut, a bump. Hurt to wash my hair when I got in the shower.

It's just the tedium, I suppose. There's a lot of hurry up and wait going on. There's basically ALWAYS an issue that slows us down (not blaming people. Sometimes it IS the other trainees not understanding, but most of times it's just glitches
