My cope is recognizing that life is (sometimes painfully) beautiful, even when it's busy being terrible.

Go outside whenever possible. Walk it off. Give your mind and heart a chance to be open to all the sights and sounds. Feel the simultaneous awesomeness and insignificance of it all. Repeat.
