Totally. I always have to sleep in the afternoons to try to compensate for very little night sleep. If I don’t, I just end up in migraine mode. I think life would be much easier if I could get a full 8 hours, but 3 is usually the most in a row ☹️. Sorry you know this well too

Oh no that sounds horrible. I’m so sorry. Hope the side effects will calm down. Quinn is ok, on pain meds now and losing weight still but purring and having cuddles at times so I think we have a little longer with him. Thanks for asking xx

Just started season 5 with the very sad beginning. The Covid episodes in season 4 were very upsetting and I’m glad they moved on to other things quite fast. I’m gonna be lost when it’s finished. It’s also making me sad about how shit real life doctors are, I’m sure you’re the same xx

Neck MRI scan done this afternoon, hospital is working til 8pm at weekends to catch up scans. Just hope it shows what the hell is going on. Was also able to talk to a very nervous patient dreading her first MRI and calm her down. And then pumpkin Starbucks reward 🎃

My counsellor once told me to mute people’s voices and just watch their actions. One of the wisest pieces of advice I ever got. It’s easy to come up with promises and empty words, but when it’s not matched by the right actions, you can see straight through the lies

You got this, right now it might seem insurmountable but in time you’ll look back and realise you made a good decision to get back much needed peace and calm in your life. I’ve been single now for 12 years and frankly it’s way easier, especially with the illness issues
