During the 1st Gulf War the USMC were taking out T-72's with updated M-60 Tanks.

Ironically body armour has improved so much that many within NATO are replacing their 5.56mm Caliber Weapons with 6.8mm or even 7.62mm.

That said the Russian conscripts are issued with woefully inadequate & virtually worthless body armour.

The one problem was the teams using their reviews speculatively.

Then when a standing umpire makes an absolute howler they have no reviews left.

Of course there will be marginal calls.

The Umpires Call where a review is retained does help a lot.
