So called “parental-alienation” has been the go-to counter allegation made by domestic abuse perps in the family court for years. Glad to see this guidance - lets ensure the courts actually follow it

Clare’s law allows for disclosure of prosecutions and even allegations in cases of domestic abuse so that victims can make better decisions about risk. It’s been around for years but the police don’t seem to understand it

This is good news. Unbelievable that a stalker’s ID could be kept from the victim in the first place. However it doesn’t address the major issue of the police not investigating these crimes properly or at all.
