Dude, I've been fighting Win 11 since Sunday. The install process ended up taking about 6 hours, because of how my drive was partitioned. And then the install from my thumb drive was corrupt.

And I had to install Windows 10 to install 11, because the media creation tool doesn't work on Windows 10.

Mass Effect is so crazy, because there's nuanced interspecies tensions that are talked about at length throughout the entire trilogy with the ultimate message being racism is bad... and then there's the entire way the whole franchise treats the Vorcha and the Batarians.

I think with the preface you gave with like KOTOR 2's RCM, Fallout New Vegas, and Oblivion's patches that's enough (for me) to look past it being the LE and calling it a Retrospective. Since at your core you're referencing the story, and mentioning changes.

I'd say it's possible. I feel like ME1 isn't quite as big as DAO even with all the lore and story the game focuses on. Though don't push yourself on a hard time limit, I'm just hyped to hear you're considering Mass Effect.

Interesting and fun traversal instead of constant fast travel. Not many MMOs invest in traversal beyond "Mount goes fast." Or "Mount Flies now."

WoW's Dragonflight mechanic was unironically revolutionary for me. Throne and Liberties multiple traversal forms were also very fun.
