I have repeatedly said that they made an enormous tactical and strategic mistake. I don't think they expected to have so long to kill. I don't think they expected that Zionists would kill hundreds of Israelis and they would be blamed. I don't think they expected the lies about beheaded babies

They made a huge mistake, but I really don't think they expected hundreds of thousands dead. I think they thought Israel would have to do a hostage deal.

The more Syrian Kurds I speak to the more apparent it becomes that after Suwayda even opponents of the PYD/SDF feel they have to back the SDF and reject Damascus. The Suwayda massacres were a disaster for Syrian integration, but most Syrians still don't recognise it.

Hamas made two huge strategic errors. One was to overestimate Iran's willingness to fight Israel. The other was to vastly underestimate the genocidal savagery of Zionist society. However evil they thought Israel was, they were being far too charitable.

I was wrong. The last two years has shown us that the western media is no better than the Russian media, and that we live not in liberal democracies but under racial hierarchy, propaganda and genocidal violence.

I personally apologise for repeating some of the lies in the first days. I apologise for being so naive as to think that the major western media outlets did fact-checking or that they wouldn't allow themselves to be used by a foreign state's propaganda campaign.

A march in Manchester today of people waving the flag of the Zionist state. Not only does this hate march make Muslims, Arabs and many others feel terribly unsafe, it is waving the flag of a terror state actively engaged in genocide. Dozens more human beings were murdered by that state today.
